Relief Joy Ambassador

We are looking for an experienced and skilled candidate to join our team as a Relief Joy Ambassador – Fresh Food. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in our Fresh Milk Coffee and Fresh Food Fridges & Hubs.

• Providing high-quality customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including stock levels and customer feedback.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Conducting regular checks and monitoring systems to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Right to work in the UK permanently.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
