Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relief Joy Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our Fresh Food department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene and quality.

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days' holiday per year, life assurance, and 5 weeks' paid sick leave.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing high-level customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Ensuring all food products are stored and displayed in accordance with food hygiene regulations
  • Loading and unloading vans with fresh produce, up to 5 times per week
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and completing relevant stock and cash controls
  • Operating company vehicles safely and efficiently, using your UK driving license
Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
