Our company seeks a dedicated Residential Services Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our children's home. A key aspect of this role is overseeing placement plans to ensure alignment with the best outcomes for children and young people. You will also need to manage budgets effectively and implement quality assurance systems.

We are looking for a seasoned Registered Children's Home Manager or similar role holder with a proven track record in leading residential care settings. The competitive salary of £62,000 per annum includes annual bonuses, private health insurance, and a pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and develop a diverse team effectively. This role requires regular monitoring of compliance with regulations and conducting performance appraisals.
