Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook main meals, vegetables, and desserts for approximately 170 people daily.
  • Stock Control and Ordering: Oversee stock levels, order supplies from vendors, and manage inventory effectively.
  • Menu Planning: Plan and implement menus that cater to various dietary needs and preferences.
  • H&S Documentation: Maintain accurate records of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Communication: Liaise with departments and classes to ensure dietary requirements are met and special occasions are accommodated.

An Enhanced DBS check for Adults & Children is ESSENTIAL for this role.

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
