Nurse Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Excelcare Holdings in Cambridge. As a UK Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your professional qualifications and experience will enable you to make safe clinical decisions, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medication and monitor the care teams on practice, working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans and risk assessments to ensure outstanding care delivery.
- Engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
- A valid UK NMC Pin number.
- Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including NMC and CQC.
- A passion for working with older people and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enhanced pay on bank holidays.
