Engineering Department Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Department Manager to lead our engineering team at Hyperexponential Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our engineering department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement software development processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize projects.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide progress updates and address concerns.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering or leadership roles.
- Strong technical skills, including programming languages such as Rust, Kotlin, and Python.
- Experience with agile methodologies, version control systems, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: £90,000 per year, plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
