  • Supervise group projects, promoting positive behavior and social interaction.
  • Implement behavior management strategies and create a supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in their educational and personal growth.
  • Communicate student progress and development to teachers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum and understanding of different learning styles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Empathy and patience when working with students of diverse needs and backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
