**About This Role:**

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Specialist to join our team at Value Education. In this exciting opportunity, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our secondary schools in South Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising pupils with pre-planned work and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Developing strong relationships with teaching staff and pupils

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a Cover Supervisor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to commute to Manchester
