Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Night Shift professional to join our team at Ballymore. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our estate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide a high level of service to residents, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Assist with the security of residents and the building, ensuring the safety of all residents and visitors.
  3. Manage the communication systems within the estate, including telephone, radios, and internal intercom systems.
  4. Issue visitor parking permits and provide information on parking procedures.
  5. Liaise with security staff to report any security or health and safety issues.
  6. Conduct apartment and estate key audits during night shifts.
  7. Proactively deal with maintenance and cleaning problems within the estate.
  8. Ensure a safe environment for all people in the estate at all times.
  9. Handle people's data securely and ensure compliance with GDPR.
  10. Report any accidents and record them in the accident book.
  11. Turn on and off the lobby lights at the appropriate times.
Requirements
  1. Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
  2. Ability to multi-task and time-manage.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
