Join SumUp Inc. as a Senior Commission Manager

SumUp is a global FinTech leader on a mission to empower small merchants worldwide. As our Senior Commission Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and administering compensation plans that drive sales performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and refine sales compensation plans globally, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with Sales leadership and FP&A to analyze trends, ratios, and KPIs, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.
  3. Communicate plans and drive change management programs, working closely with Sales leadership, Revenue operations, and People partners.
  4. Meet Payroll Operations deadlines for timely commission communication.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in sales and compensation domains, preferably in sales operations, revenue operations, or finance in SaaS companies.
  2. Strong data analysis skills, with knowledge of data, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
