Fitness Class Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes to our members, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of classes, including equipment setup and take-down
  • Provide options and realistic goals that take individual customers' needs and abilities into account
  • Collect and manage class registers to ensure bookings are managed effectively
  • Assist in the development of safe and effective programming through innovative ideas and initiatives
  • Champion health and safety policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Undertake administrative tasks associated with the position, including maintaining records and reporting
Requirements:
  • REPS/CIMSPA level 2 qualified and registered (essential)
  • Relevant and specific qualification for your chosen discipline (essential)
  • Experience of delivering classes in a comparable role
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and the ability to exercise these in the workplace
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, questioning, and delivering effective feedback
  • The ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals
  • Good numerical and written skills
  • Ability to deliver first-class customer service to a diverse client base
