At GLL, we're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Pancras Square Leisure Centre. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging fitness classes that inspire and motivate our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver safe and effective fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive class environment that encourages customer participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and engaging fitness program that meets customer needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fitness instruction to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in class delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor Level 2 qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality fitness classes and exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
