About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our Planned Division at Guildmore Facades and Cladding. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer-focused service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident information in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Works Coordination: Understand the works, programme, and scope of works, and schedule appointments with residents using our process management system.
  • Communication and Engagement: Prepare and organise the distribution of all communications to residents using positive, simple, and engaging language, and proactively deal with tenant enquiries.
  • Consumer Standards: Be aware of the Consumer Standards set by the Social Housing Regulator and assist our clients in realising their obligations under such.
  • Quality Assurance: Complete Resident Satisfaction Scoring (RSS) on completion of all work instructions, and listen to resident concerns, making a note of all interactions on our process management system.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with clients, contractors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of an effective customer-focused service, and act as an ambassador for your team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
