Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity exists for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our thriving Southern Branch.

This position is based in our Southampton Branch.

We work with many blue-chip companies from sectors including: Education, Leisure, Facilities Management, Property Management, Retail, Manufacturing, New Build and Healthcare.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with operational team leader and Contracts Manager to effectively manage the delivery of tenant notification in line with set programmes
- Liaise with resident residents with queries and bespoke requirements such as access for specific dates
- Ensure satisfaction of resident's post works being carried out.
- Carry put satisfaction surveys
- manage any residents complaints
- manage any resident at risk lists and ensure these are adhered to
- Assist with Admin duties
- Plan and manage any community Initiatives
- and other duties in line with the post

**Experience required**:

- Experience of working in social housing, local government or customer service environment
- Experience of working with tenants and leaseholders whose homes are undergoing building works
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Can create and maintain constructive working relationship with people at all levels, both internally and externally
- ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

Pay: £18,659.79-£47,187.86 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
