As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and strengthening an expansive UK Distributor Network for a globally recognised manufacturer in the Automotive Aftermarket. Your mission is to influence key players across the entire Aftermarket industry, shaping relationships with large Motor Factors, ITG Buying Groups, and Aftermarket Retail & Accessory outlets across both the Passenger Car and Commercial Vehicle sectors.

Ideal Location: South East Of England & Home Counties

Salary: Competitive package with bonuses, car allowance, pension, and personal development opportunities

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand the distributor network
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Motor Factors, ITG Buying Groups, and Aftermarket Retail & Accessory outlets
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business results

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Strong understanding of parts distribution and supply chains, from suppliers to workshops, garages, and repairer networks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized and tenacious with a solid work ethic
  • Flexibility to travel across the region, including overnight stays when needed
