We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our Operational Lead, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operational Lead, including managing diaries, arranging meetings, and overseeing administrative systems and processes.
- Communicate effectively with a range of people, either in person or on the telephone, promptly and in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to enquiries and take appropriate action on behalf of the Operational Lead, either by telephone, personal contact, or correspondence.
- Establish and maintain electronic and manual filing and manipulate data into computer databases, creating reports from electronic systems.
