Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operational Lead, including managing diaries, arranging meetings, and overseeing administrative systems and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of people, either in person or on the telephone, promptly and in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to enquiries and take appropriate action on behalf of the Operational Lead, either by telephone, personal contact, or correspondence.
  • Establish and maintain electronic and manual filing and manipulate data into computer databases, creating reports from electronic systems.
