Supporting SEND Students

We are searching for a skilled SEND Teacher to support students with special educational needs and disabilities in Years 4, 5, and 6. As part of our team, you will collaborate with the SENDCo and classroom staff to develop and implement targeted teaching strategies and promote students' overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans for SEND students.
- Participate in creating and implementing personalized learning plans (PLPs).
- Assess and adjust teaching methods to meet individual students' requirements.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages social-emotional growth and inclusivity.
- Develop strong relationships with parents and external agencies for effective support.
- Maintain a well-organized classroom and manage student behavior effectively.
Estimated Annual Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 based on experience and location.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in supporting SEND students.
* Knowledge of strategies for supporting children with diverse SEND needs.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Dedication to promoting inclusivity and meeting the unique needs of every child.
