About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Premium Country Pubs. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food quality and service.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food ordering, and stock control.
- Train and develop the skills of junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to train and develop the skills of junior chefs and kitchen staff.
