About the Job:
We are seeking a compassionate and friendly Peripatetic Support Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community-based care team, you will provide high-quality support services to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to service users in their own homes.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to deliver effective services.
- Ensure individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A caring and compassionate approach to supporting individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working hours.
