Job Title: Senior Manager Transportation Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Transportation Services team in Brixworth.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation operations, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional results.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, working closely with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality services, including customer-focused solutions.

This role offers a competitive salary package of £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits, including a £45,000 - £55,000 per annum salary range.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a key liaison between the Transportation Services team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency in resource allocation.
  3. Identify and address areas for process improvement, implementing changes that enhance productivity and service delivery.
