About the Role

This IT Support Professional position involves providing top-notch assistance to customers utilizing our custom-built software products. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their objectives through efficient use of our software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding our software products' functionality and operation.
  2. Tackle intricate problems, taking ownership when necessary, and keeping clients and relevant teams updated on progress.
  3. Manage customer records, encompassing hardware and software installations, as well as network specifics.
  4. Participate in Quality Assurance testing for software before its release to customers.
  5. Develop informative materials to aid customers in leveraging our systems effectively.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in supporting customers over the phone within the IT sector.
  • A background in IT Support, Application Support, Systems Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk roles.
  • A strong emphasis on customer service and a long-term approach to one's career.

We are offering a salary range of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package.
