Job Description

Overview: As a skilled Aerospace Project Director, you will play a crucial role in managing complex engineering projects, minimizing design and weight costs.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our aerospace development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and risk analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of integrated work packages (IWPs) for wings and landing gear.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using E7 or Planisware.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
