About the Programme

Our three-year Business Management Graduate Programme at National Highways offers a unique opportunity to gain all-round experience in a dynamic, evolving organisation. This programme is designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to thrive in a business management role.

What You'll Be Doing

Through a series of rotating placements across the business, you'll gain exposure to diverse areas such as:

  • Customer Service
  • Business Transformation
  • Strategy and Communications

You'll work alongside our specialist teams and contribute to exciting projects that shape the future of National Highways. In your role, you'll:

  • Help develop our long-term strategies
  • Support future business planning efforts
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

You'll also have the opportunity to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, making a direct impact on how we meet the needs of our customers and clients who rely on our road network every day.
