We are seeking a Content Designer to play a key role in supporting user journeys on our Researcher platform. This involves creating and refining content to help scientific researchers understand our product and its applications.

As a Content Designer, you will be embedded in a cross-functional team, helping to discover, define, develop and deliver new content strands that support our business and user needs. This will include content to support quarterly data releases and technical documentation that guides new researchers through our tools.

Our Future Health is a charity that brings people together to develop new ways to detect, prevent and treat diseases. We work closely with the NHS and public authorities across the UK.

Key responsibilities will include designing new content for our research platform, identifying the language to communicate complex scientific topics, and prototyping and testing content with product designers and behavioural scientists.

We are looking for someone with a proven experience in content design, excellent understanding of usability and accessibility, and the ability to champion content design to a wide-ranging group of stakeholders.
