With your expertise in Content Design, you will play a vital role in advocating for human-centered design principles and promoting best practices within the team.

As a seasoned Content Designer, you will bring a portfolio of impact-driven work that demonstrates your ability to co-design with product designers and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Your experience in collaborative tools and brilliant communication skills will enable you to influence others and advocate for Content Design at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clear, concise, and compelling content for new features, widgets, paywalls, and more.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers, Researchers, Analysts, and Product Managers to define new experiences across our app.
  • Develop fresh ideas to improve existing user experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Advocate for Content Design principles and best practices within the team and wider community.
  • Run workshops, crits, and reviews to improve content quality and provide feedback to junior team members.
  • Proactively seek areas for improvement and work with other content disciplines to find solutions.
  • Work closely with Localization to ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across markets.
  • Evangelize for human-centered design, readability, accessibility, and creativity.
  • Help junior Content Designers develop their skills through sharing best practices, collaboration, and training.

Salary Range: £64,000 - £68,000 per annum
