**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans based on assessed needs.
- Participate in education and research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least five years of experience in critical care, with a focus on cardiovascular nursing.
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
- RI State Licensure.
**Estimated Salary:** $140,000 - $170,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
