Job Description: Account Growth Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of increasing sales and customer satisfaction, with a strong understanding of the industrial/trade/distribution sector.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, communicate our products and services, and enhance sales potential through incoming and outgoing calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Gain new accounts and maximize repeat business through strategic selling and customer service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales/Account Management experience in an industrial/trade/distribution setting.
- Ambitious and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Natural consultative sales approach with a focus on customer development and growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
