We're seeking an exceptional individual with a growth mindset to join our Lending Operations team as a Financial Risk Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless processing of credit decisions, enabling us to deliver high-quality debt solutions to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional attention to detail, analytical curiosity, and a drive to provide quality output.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in initial checks on borrower applications to establish eligibility and early-stage creditworthiness.
  • Contribute to day-to-day tasks to ensure that SLAs are delivered within the Credit Team.
  • Support the development of lending operations processes and contribute to strategic projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

In terms of skills and experience, we would expect you to display:

  • A minimum of 5 SQA Highers or A Levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical curiosity.

Salary: £17,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
