Permanent Full-Time Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic General Assistant (Front of House) to join our team at Northwood HQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Basic food preparation and presentation
  • Setting up for breakfast and restocking items
  • Kitchen and dining room cleaning
  • Client focus - providing excellent customer service at all times
  • General cleaning of front and back of house
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
  • Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping
  • Preparation of public facing areas
  • Undertake relevant training as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • A great team player with a flexible approach to duties
  • A DBS check is required
