We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic General Assistant (Front of House) to join our dynamic team at Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Basic food preparation and kitchen duties
  • Setting up for breakfast and restocking items
  • Kitchen and dining room cleaning
  • Client focus – providing excellent customer service
  • General cleaning of front and back of house
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
  • Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping
  • Preparation of public facing areas
  • Undertake relevant training as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • A great team player with a flexible approach to duties
  • A DBS check is required
