We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic General Assistant (Front of House) to join our dynamic team at Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Contribute to the preparation of breakfast and other meals, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Restock items, maintain stock rotation, and perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, including Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full on-the-job training will be provided
  • A flexible approach to duties and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • A DBS check is required for this position
