IT Team Lead Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our Solihull, UK-based team at beBee Professionals.
Job RequirementsThis role involves leading the development team to design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions while guiding junior developers and ensuring code quality.
- Develop and implement software applications using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Mentor junior software engineers in best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
They will be proficient in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript and have experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
A highly competitive salary of £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, plus bonuses based on performance, is available.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
