Exceptional Dining Experience

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Floor Manager to join our team at the Brasserie in Fulham Pier, a vibrant and high-end dining destination.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for every guest. Your leadership skills, creativity, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the dining floor in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall atmosphere of Fulham Pier. You will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring that service is smooth and customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the floor staff during service, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Train, motivate, and manage the front-of-house team to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming dining environment.
  • Assist in managing schedules to ensure optimal staffing during peak times.
  • Provide feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Floor Manager in a busy high-end establishment. They will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and employees.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a restaurant setting. Strong problem-solving abilities and the drive to deliver exceptional results are also required.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 to £32,000, plus excellent benefits, including TRONC, employer pension contribution, and life assurance.
