About the Company:Talent Finder is a well-established business with a reputation for delivering high-quality services. We operate two sites within a 10-minute radius, offering a range of services including swimming teaching, aerobics, scuba diving, soft play, and training courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver swimming, aerobics, and other programmes for customers.
- Work closely with the full-time team to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Promote and sell programmes to customers.
- Suitable qualifications and experience in swimming teaching.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Reliability and responsibility.
- Ability to work within an hour's commute from the location.
We offer a competitive salary up to £29,000 per annum, free swimming, and access to facilities.
