The Role

We are seeking an Enrolment Consultant to join our Premier Pathways Team. As an Enrolment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to learners and employers, supporting them through the enrolment process for our Youth Worker Degree Apprenticeship.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop new and existing relationships, forging long-term partnerships through your exceptional communication skills and customer service. Your ability to adapt to different communication styles and navigate complex issues will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in education, apprenticeships, and/or youth work, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality engagement. You will be self-directed, accountable, and able to report on a weekly basis, with a focus on data capture and process management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to learners and employers on the enrolment process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support the delivery of our apprenticeship programs
  • Utilize marketing materials effectively to promote our programs and services
  • Adapt communication style to suit different audiences and navigate complex issues
  • Manage data capture and process management to ensure efficient delivery of services
