About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Enrolment Consultant to join our team at Captiva Learning. As an Enrolment Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting learners and employers through the enrolment process for our Youth Worker Degree Apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to learners and employers on our apprenticeship programmes
  • Support learners through the full enrolment process, ensuring a seamless and successful experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address enrolment challenges and opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of enrolment strategies and processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in education, apprenticeships, and/or youth work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality engagement
