The Role

We are seeking an Enrolment Consultant to join our Premier Pathways Team. As an Enrolment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to learners and employers, supporting them through the enrolment process for our Youth Worker Degree Apprenticeship.

You will work closely with our team to develop new and existing relationships, forging long-term partnerships through your learner and client engagement. Your excellent communication skills, solutions-focused approach, and drive to deliver results will be essential in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice and guidance to learners and employers on the enrolment process
  • Developing new and existing relationships with learners and employers
  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality education and training programs
  • Working closely with the team to achieve business objectives
