Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Care Worker to join our team in Chesterfield. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of an individual with Autism.
As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualised care and support to promote the Service User's independence and well-being. This may include assisting with daily tasks, attending health appointments, and participating in leisure activities.
We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care and support, and who are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing emotional support and companionship to the Service User
- Assisting with daily tasks and maintaining a safe living environment
- Attending health appointments and advocating for the Service User's needs
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with Service Users and colleagues
- Passion for learning and commitment to ongoing professional development
