Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at AWE. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering our core curriculum, including weekly new starter inductions. This will involve both onsite and offsite training.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and be able to work effectively with stakeholders to understand our development needs within the business. They will also be responsible for collating, compiling, and reporting on training assessment results, training attendance, and other training data.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver new learning initiatives across the business
  • Provide ongoing analysis of training
  • Collate, compile, and report on training assessment results, training attendance, and other training data
  • Ensure training courses are loaded into our Company training management system and kept up to date with any changes

Requirements:

  • Ability to work from a UK location
  • Willingness to apply for and maintain the correct security clearance for this role

This is a hybrid working opportunity, which means you will have the flexibility to work from home as well as in the office. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to taking up your post.
