Job Overview:

The role of Electrical Engineer - Site Development Specialist exists to develop and implement site electrical arrangements across all aspects of site activities, including installation, commissioning, and operations, in support of the overall project lifecycle. This involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and ensuring the design and safety intent is met in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the client's Project Safety Plan, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Welfare Plan, and associated documents and legislation.
• Implement safe working methods to ensure construction work is undertaken to specification.
• Effectively control changes and coordinate work to minimize delays and costs in meeting construction programme dates.
• Ensure contractors and their supervisors are competent and capable of undertaking the required work.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Energy Division at ARM and work on a leading Nuclear client's site. As an Electrical Engineer - Site Development Specialist, you will be based out of the Aldermaston site and will be responsible for developing and implementing site electrical arrangements. If you have experience in electrical engineering and a passion for site development, this could be the perfect role for you.

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary of £66 per hour, plus a £5.00 per hour retention bonus if projected targets are met.
• A £100 per diem allowance for travel to site, for journeys over 50 miles.
• The opportunity to work on a high-profile Nuclear client project and contribute to the success of the Energy Division at ARM.
