Job Title: Senior Hardware Development Specialist

Company Overview:

Mentmore specialises in designing and manufacturing innovative monitoring and telemetry solutions for critical networks and infrastructure. Our products serve a range of industries, including water, wastewater, gas, and energy management, as well as environmental monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the development of complex electronic systems, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Manage the implementation of customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration of hardware design.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, attend meetings, and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.
  • Expertise in microcontrollers, low power design, high-speed digital design, and lithium battery power management.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools, schematic capture, PCB layout, and library management.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
