About the Role

This position is part of the Global Markets Division (MARK) of SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA, within the engineering department in London. The team brings together the Equities, Fixed Income & Currencies, and Commodities structuring capabilities to provide investors with integrated multi-asset market solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and develop systematic strategies in an index format in cooperation with the relevant Business Lines, focusing on commodity underlyings.
  2. Maximize profitability by implementing strategies that drive positive P&L MARK associated with products linked to systematic strategies.
  3. Ensure the robustness and sustainability of the risk-return profile.
  4. Build portfolios of systematic strategies with specific investment objectives.
  5. Provide necessary information to the governance team (ISP).
  6. Promote the QIS offer proactively through internal communication, sales team, and client meetings.
  7. Offer technical support and training to sales, pricing, and trading teams.
