Job Title: QIS Structurer

We are seeking a highly skilled QIS Structurer to join our London team. As a QIS Structurer, you will be responsible for developing innovative strategies across various asset classes, including Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income Commodities, FX markets, Volatility, and Risk Premia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cutting-edge QIS strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Engage in cross-asset structuring to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Craft unique propositions in Equity Derivatives to meet client needs.
  • Design robust constructs around traditional and alternative assets to minimize risk.
  • Navigate through complexities related to foreign exchange to optimize investment returns.
  • Pioneer innovations utilizing knowledge on market volatilities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Drive new business by participating actively throughout the deal lifecycle from conception to completion.
Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable about varied investment vehicles provided under the QIS domain.
  • Capability to develop bespoke product solutions encompassing all spheres encapsulated via cross-asset structuring.
  • Adeptness in crafting structured financial instruments, particularly focused on Equity Derivative spaces.
  • Prowess in traversing domains, including Fixed Income and Commodity trading activities, necessitating astute judgment forecasting price movements and adept negotiation abilities.
  • Sagacity in operating effectively amidst volatile currency scenarios (FX) implementing systematic trade flows minimizing exposure while capitalizing gains.
  • Acumen in discernment relative to fluctuating value determinants driving global economies, thus influencing decision-making processes leveraging variability index patterns (Volatility).
  • Innate ability to conceptualize novel ideas generating consistent economic advantage taking into account adjusted compensation elements derived outlay versus return ratio assessment (Risk premiums).
  • Flair in strategizing pioneering ventures fostering growth securing clientele base spearheading project inception culminating successful execution phases.
