The Role - Sales Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of sales products, ensuring they meet our brand standards.
- Maintain accurate product stock lists and locations.
- Update sales listings on our website and other sales platforms.
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing top-notch customer service via phone and in-person interactions.
- Liaise with the Sales and Marketing Director to plan promotions and product offers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging social media promotions.
- Process and follow up on orders from various channels.
- Establish and build strong customer relationships, resolving any customer complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn CRM systems.
- Commercial awareness and industry knowledge.
- Delegation and staff supervisory skills.
