Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in a mechanical background.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
