About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is assisting a consultancy in the construction industry with the recruitment of a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver a portfolio of installation projects from pre-construction handover through to successful completion.
  • Undertake financial and risk management to ensure projects are profitable and maintain Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Compliance.
  • Manage project resources, including labour, materials, and time, to maximize profitable delivery.
  • Manage subcontract partners to deliver high-quality work on time, first time.
  • Attend and participate in Contracts Manager meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, delivery teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure open and positive lines of communication.

Requirements

  • Previous Mechanical Contracts/Project management experience.
  • Knowledge and skills to analyze and solve in-depth problems and execute appropriate actions.
  • Good customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

What We Offer

This role is being offered with a salary between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum on a permanent contract.
