About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is pleased to be assisting a consultancy in the construction industry with the recruitment of a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will manage and deliver a portfolio of installation projects from pre-construction handover through to successful completion. This will involve undertaking financial and risk management, ensuring projects are profitable and that Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Compliance is maintained while delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all project resources, including labour, materials, and time, to maximize profitable delivery.
  • Manage subcontract partners to deliver high-quality work on time, first time.
  • Attend and participate in Contracts Manager meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with the client's team, subcontractors, delivery teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure open and positive lines of communication.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous Mechanical Contracts/Project management experience, knowledge and skills to analyze and solve in-depth problems and execute appropriate actions. They will also possess good customer service skills, with a definitive focus on customer satisfaction.

What We Offer

This role is being offered with a salary between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum on a permanent contract.
