We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Operate a variety of cleaning equipment, including mops, vacuum cleaners, and sanitizing solutions
- Empty bins, dust surfaces, and wash walls to a high standard
- Work independently, organizing your own time and prioritizing tasks
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers, providing excellent customer service
About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, with good written and verbal communication skills. Previous cleaning experience is desired, but not essential. You will be able to work on your own initiative, organizing your own time and prioritizing tasks.
