About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Operating a variety of cleaning equipment and machinery
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers and colleagues

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy equipment
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Good communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities

In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate, plus Sunday premium, and a range of benefits including 22.5 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 5 years' service, plus bank holidays, uniform, PPE, employee referral scheme and Defined Contribution pension scheme plus car parking.
