About the Job:

  • Assist medical staff with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with medical staff and patients

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a GP surgery or healthcare setting
  • NHS Smartcard
  • Ability to work flexibly (6-8 weeks)
